WEST PARIS — West Paris Public Library is proud to present Low Commotion in concert on Sunday, May 4, at 2 p.m.

The music portion of this event will last about 45 minutes.

Low Commotion, formed in 2013, is an ensemble of euphoniums (tenor tubas) and full sized tubas. According to director, James Bennett of West Paris, the ensemble performs several concerts each year at senior living centers, veterans homes, churches, historical societies, and libraries.
Literature performed ranges from jazz, marches and contemporary music.
We borrow from everyone! To quote an ensemble member, “at least the tuba gets to play the melody”. For a concert of fun and entertaining music performed by a very unique ensemble, make sure you don’t miss Low Commotion when it comes to your area.

West Paris Public Library is located at 226 Main St., West Paris 04289.
